To All Eligible Salaried Employees;
IBEW Local 500 and the Management for CPS Energy completed discussions in 2005 that
addressed Working Conditions and Annual Base Pay Increases for Wage Scale
Employees. It is still the intention, and hope, that in the very near future IBEW Local 500
will be able to do the same for all Non-Exempt Salaried Employees. The change in today‘s
Corporate atmosphere, combined with the rapidly changing Utility Industry, sometimes
leads to uncertain futures of employment. This is all the more reason why ALL CPS
Energy Employees should Unite for a more secure future.
